Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@keterlabs.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Keter Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal use.

You retain ownership of the prompts, files, and other content you submit ('Input'). Subject to applicable law and third-party model terms, you also own the media you generate ('Output') to the extent originality is legally recognized. You grant Keter Labs a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and transmit Input and Output solely to operate the Service.

We do not use your Input or Output to train foundation models unless you explicitly opt in.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or infringes rights of others.
• Create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or malicious deepfakes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or benchmark the Service without written permission.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or bypass rate limits.

Violations may result in immediate suspension and, where warranted, reporting to authorities.

The Service routes requests to third-party model providers (currently OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, fal.ai, and Replicate). Your use is also subject to their usage policies. A current list is maintained in our Data Processing Addendum.

Paid plans and generation credits are billed as described on the pricing page. Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You may terminate your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or when required by law. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends and we may delete stored content after 30 days.

The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. AI outputs may be inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs before using them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keter Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
