1. Subscriptions
New subscribers to a paid plan may request a full refund within 14 days of the first payment, provided fewer than 100 generation credits have been consumed. Renewals and upgrades are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the paid period.
2. Prepaid credits
Prepaid credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by consumer law. Unused credits do not expire while your account remains active.
3. Failed generations
If a generation fails due to a fault on our side (including provider timeouts), credits are refunded automatically to your balance. You do not need to contact us.
4. EU / UK consumer rights
Consumers in the EU / UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting to use the Service before the end of that period you expressly agree to the performance of the contract and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once consumption begins.
5. How to request a refund
Email billing@keterlabs.ai from the address on your account. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
